All Sales Final

For health, safety, and quality control reasons, all cigar sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on tobacco products once they have been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:- Your order number- A description of the issue- Clear photos of the product and packagingOnce reviewed, we may offer:- A replacement shipment- Store credit- A refund (if applicable)

Storage Responsibility

 

 

Cigars are sensitive to temperature and humidity. Once delivered, customers are responsible for proper storage. We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
